Private 1:1 Somatic Yoga is a trauma-informed, heart-centered space for those navigating mental health challenges, chronic illness, or the emotional weight of daily life. Whether you’re living with anxiety, depression, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, this practice offers gentle support — rooted in presence, compassion, and deep listening. Each session blends somatic movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and sound healing to help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and create a felt sense of safety in the body. We move slowly and intentionally, honoring your physical and emotional capacity. There is no pressure to perform — only permission to feel, to notice, and to choose what feels true in the moment. You don’t need to be flexible or “well” to begin. You just need space to be with yourself, and someone to hold it with you.
